FL here (aka the Fat Lady) - now that I’ve renewed my association with Opera Omaha, they’ve asked me to be a guest blogger. Such a lovely turn of events, following a few frightful weeks prior to The Pirates of Penzance performances. Don’t worry darlings – it was all just a misunderstanding. Plus, everyone was so supportive during my ordeal that I not only bonded with the Pirates, but I was able to renew my friendship with the folks at Opera Omaha. I was delighted when Opera Omaha asked me to come out of retirement and help keep everyone updated on all the exciting programming and events coming up. [My poor 401K needed some help too!] Already I have two exciting events to tell you about: Wine Seller Weekend and Puccini 101.
